Free delivery worldwide on orders over £50.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Once your parcel has been dispatched, use the tracking details we provide to follow its progress. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and customs processing may add time.

International orders

We ship worldwide to the countries available at checkout. International customers may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges where applicable. These charges are set locally and are not included in our product or delivery prices.

Returns

· 14 days from receipt, unused, with original tags.
· Email hello@lollypawlondon.com with your order number to start a return.
· Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
· If your item arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll put it right.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. For faulty or incorrect items, contact us before returning anything so we can help.
